Innovative Endeavors:

  • Revitalized post-sales client success strategy: Improving client retention from 87% to 93% and adding $1.68M in monthly retained revenue.
  • Product Creation: Spearheaded the inception of new products, carving out unique offerings in the market.
  • Continuous Learning & Development: Directed a team of 104 Customer Success Managers and 8 Managers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
  • Automation Initiatives: Introduced groundbreaking measures to streamline operations, optimizing both efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Data Visualization: Built a complete AWS warehouse with a Snowflake ETL.  Ingested data for 13 disparate platforms for bespoke point-in-time reporting and online visualization, saving the CSM team hundreds of hours a month.

 

Outcome Reflection:

  • Amplified client and revenue retention rates, fortifying our reputation as trusted partners. Skillfully managed pivotal account migrations, reinforcing client trust and continuity. Enacted cross-sales up-sales compensation plans to drive post sale revenue.
